Privacy Policy Effective Date: This Privacy Policy is effective as of July 3, 2015

Thanks for visiting redfredproject.com (“Website”), made available by Red Fred Project, LLC (“Red Fred Project”, “we”, or “us”). This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes Red Fred Project’s policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information. INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU AND HOW WE COLLECT IT

RED FRED PROJECT ONLINE SHOP

We are proud to offer a variety of products for sale through our online store. All online transactions occur through our third-party vendor’s online service. Our third-party vendor collects all of your required personal information, including your credit card number, and performs the necessary transaction on their own secure website. All of the information you submit pertaining to any purchase of our products is subject to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy of our third-party vendor. You acknowledge and agree that Red Fred Project is not responsible and is not liable for any Information you submit to our third-party online store vendor while purchasing products from the Red Fred Project online store.

OUR POLICY TOWARDS CHILDREN

Our Website is not directed to people under 13. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at dallas@redfredproject.com. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such information within a reasonable time.

APPLICABLE LAW

This Policy is governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. You irrevocably and unconditionally consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Utah for any litigation or dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy and agree that such courts represent the exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes relating to this Policy. If any part of this Policy is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of this Policy shall continue in force and effect.
